Well that dog won't hunt! Looks like they sent you some sort of WRX header instead.

I just got that installed, with dc sport over pipe, a catless front pipe and a catback exhaust. I used the smaller gasket, and it sounds great. Like, crazy angry loud great. Haha.

Crazy angry loud is the last thing I want. Does anyone have this header rigged up with a near stock sounding exhaust?

The dc sport over pipe was good. I think I got lucky because they even warn you on the website that the fitment might not be the best. But it seems like they used two different diameter pipes. 2.5 from the header and through the bend, then maybe 2.375(?) after that. Definitely weird. And the exhaust sound its much more manageable when I put in the removable silencers. Still angry though. I imagine you go with catted performance parts it will sound much less aggressive.

That would be a header for non-turbo EJ engines.
