Ordering PSA

Just a quick note for anyone ordering from us:

We don't require you to enter your email address on our website when ordering parts simply because some people don't feel comfortable. However we NEVER send out emails or any kind unless we have a specific question about your order so there is no reason not to supply it.

If you don't supply an email address we obviously cannot contact you. No big deal typically but if you're asking if we can do something in a different color, inquiring about faster shipping, etc. and you don't leave your email that's going to leave you wondering why we never answered your question.

It also leaves us unable to contact you in the unlikely event of an issue with your order.

If you don't want to supply an email address that's fine by us (can't blame you these days), just be advised you won't hear from us until your parts arrive.

Happy New Year!

You should really just require an email imo. If I'm trusting a company to send me hundreds of dollars worth of parts, it would be silly not to trust them with my email address. I think the benefit of being contacted if need be outweighs the risk of being signed up for a weekly newsletter.

Besides, every other online store requires one.
