This car is stock. If this is true this car is fast enough for me. |

LOL nice ninja find. Should be true though. GT5 developers are meticulous with stuff like this especially if they focused their resources on this DLC update.

Agreed! I was guessing the 0-60 times would be somewhere in the 7.2-6.7 second range which I would be satisfied with considering the engine's power. Let's hope these game developers are accurate.

Wow you guys are seriously excited for 0-60 times
Posted on a video game??? This car has the same power as GTI and weighs 500lbs less. I'm expecting this car to even reach High 5 secs like a 5.9. |

Should be around there
http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2486 If you check out the back ground picture with the speedo dash , you can see 2nd gear @ 99kph at near max revs. Matches various videos + the gt5 video. nice! Too many coincidences to be false |

It ain't that serious. I know it's a game and that's why I put a ? mark at the end.

As I have stated in a previous thread: Motor Trend has the Civic Si Coupe at 6.1 seconds to 60. That car is significantly heavier and front wheel drive (front wheel drive usually adds a tenth or more). Ill bet 6.1 is the manufacturers estimate which means abusive auto journalists should get under 6. Either way that is great. That is fast enough for me!!!

This may be a tad optimistic. I wouldn't put too much stock in this.

I would put stock in this. The GT5 developers are very meticulous as Switch said above. Alot of their times are dead on. Even for track times they are very close with the game usually a few seconds faster due to the whole "not caring if i crash at 200mph" aspect.
Only time will tell but I bet we will be seeing times from 5.8-6.3 from magazines once they get their hands on one. |
