More fuel to the fire?

LBJ is way different that MJ. The closest thing is Kobe which I'd say is a damn near replica of MJ. LBJ is great, his game is just way different. I'm really curious to see how his game will change when a few more years pass.

MJ and Kobe have that "anything to win" attitude, but I just don't see that same fire with anyone in the league right now. Not from LeBron, not from Durant, no one.

I know there's a lot of hate on Kobe, but when he does retire, there is going to be a missing piece in the NBA. No one has yet to fill that spot. LBJ will continue to be great, but his game is not compared to that of Kobe or MJ's. Compare him to other great small forwards and you best bet he will be a top 3.

These playoffs are crazy... 4th game in a row OT for Thunder/Gizz??

Both #1 seeds having trouble among all the other stuff?

Loving it, specially the Heat resting again

I'm a Thunder fan... it's been a hard few nights staying up and being disappointed, but I love my team. I remember I think it was on Pardon The Interruption at the start of the playoffs, they looked at all the lower seeds in the West and said, I wouldn't be surprised if any of them won their series. I agree. Especially the Grizzle, who know all there is to know about the Thunder from multiple playoff series.

Part of me would still think it cool if Dallas and Memphis both advance in the West and the Hawks in the east.

I know the Grizz are pretty good, but man I could not fathom the Thunder loosing that series. But the Grizz defense is being ridiculous... Game 6 is going to be extremely interesting.

I hope the Mavs could pull the upset but I think not.

WE BETTER! The Spurs/Mavericks series all comes down to tonight. I believe the winner of tonight's game will win the series. Especially since legs are definitely getting tired between the two old teams. We'll have one last good old fashioned Texas shootout between Dirk and Timmy!

MFFL!

No offense dude, but you're bat shit crazy if you don't think LeBron "compares", lol. Numbers don't lie, James is the closest thing to Jordan.

MJ: 30.1Ppg / 6.2Rpg / 5.3Apg / 2.3Spg / 0.8Bpg / .50FG%

LBJ: 27.5Ppg / 7.2Rpg / 6.9Apg / 1.7Spg / 0.8Bpg / .50FG%

KB: 25.5Ppg / 5.3Rpg / 4.8Apg / 1.5Spg / 0.5Bpg / .45FG%

If Lebron doesn't surpass Jordan, he will be a hair behind him. Shit... Durant might pass Kobe with what he's done at such a young age.

Sooooo Clippers to Seattle?? Ya in my dreams but on a serious note.

What do you guys think about that second Durant free throw last night? I think the ref changed the outcome of the game. After he had given the ball to Durant he should've let him shoot the free throw and then call a dead ball afterwards.

The NBA has a lot to work on in terms of officiating. Mark Cuban said it the best when he said out of all the North American professional sports associations, the NBA is the only one where people firmly believe that the game is fixed or the outcome is dictated some way by officiating. They need to shed this from their image? My opinion is get rid of the ***** foul calls and call it like college ball. The reasons players flop so much in the NBA is because of the way the game is built. They're basically told and encouraged to flop their way to calls.

Until Kobe & LeBron retire, you can't compare them to MJ. What's to say LeBron doesn't get a career ending injury next year? Then his career wouldn't surpass, or be near Jordans career.

I'm not talking numbers here. I'm talking style of play. Would you say Robert Horry is better than MJ because he has more rings? I wouldn't say so.

Kobe and Jordan have such amazing footwork and can score damn near anywhere, in any way. Kobe and Jordan shoot the ball way more which lowers their percentage. If I was dunking 80% of my shots I'd have a high ass FG% too. (If we're talking numbers here)

I have respect for LeBron and his athletic ability to play basketball, but he's not Jordan or Kobe.
