i have 18x9.5 +38 with 255/35s and I don't rub, but i'm corner balanced so i'm not low at all.. but even when i was lower (no gap) with 265s all around i didn't rub on anything, unless i went over a hard bump going pretty quick
^same here with similar size.

Sounds like at 4 mph whatever you're hearing is not the wheel rubbing.

I've fueled up a couple of times at the QT near Preston and George Bush and their fuel doesn't seem to produce crickets for my car.

Found the issue with the rubbing. These wheels has three valve stems for some reason.

Just figured I'd interrupt this thread and say that I officially own the shop FRS now. Now it's my turn to find excuses not to turn the boost up

When we were talking at your shop last week, Aaron and I weren't kidding when we said we are literally only waiting on me to write the check. It has been talked about for months, I just needed to get final approval from my wife. And she told me last month I had to wait till we paid October's mortgage. So once that check got written, it was on.

Edit: I'm not saying I actually got her voiced approval the other day, but she *did* say last month that I could get the car after we paid the mortgage. And I did, so I'm assuming our deal is still valid. But she may or may not think I'm borrowing the car this weekend. :looksaround:

- Go for a nice run (or walk, bicycle ride) outside in this great weather.

- Go to the Dallas Zoo using the Dart train.

- Make a brief 'to do' list for tasks that you have been procrastinating with from the past so that you can try to take care of it today.

- That's all I can think of for now...

What would y'all think of a half carbon fiber car, talking front half cf bumper, fenders, hood, and roof. Non-painted just clear coated.

Question, does anyone know if there's a go to guy for OEM parts? I want a new tow hook cover and I've read that is supposed to be like 5 bucks but Toyota of Dallas is trying to sell it to me for like 15. Most other parts from this particular dealer seem be way more expensive that it should be
