Hello FT86 club!

Finally got my Toyota 86. I've been waiting for this car for so long. A affordable rear wheel drive sports car. It took sometime to find a manual transmission and I have to pay extra for the TRD kit but it's all worth it. It could not be more perfect.

Hi sirs. Great to know there is a pinoy thread here! I'm waiting for my brz or 86. I actually can't decide yet what to get haha. Malaki ba tagtag ng brz compared to the 86?

Also, is the car so low? It would be nice if we have a list of places where we shouldn't go to, like mall parkings that our cars can't survive in! Haha

I think that the Subaru BRZ is more compliant because of its suspension setup (harder at the front and softer at the back) compared to the Toyota 86/Scion FRS.

The car JUST looks low but actually it isn't. I have a TRD body kit and I don't even have to do the "siete" to ever speed bump. I have at least 5 inches of ground clearance from the stock suspension and with approach angle of 15° or more.

The only mall that I could think of at the moment that wouldn't the 86 would survive is the Eastwood City Walk parking (That parking is badly engineered) Any other mall should be fine.

Thanks sir! Sudden change of plans for me. A white 86 suddenly became available for me this morning and I will be getting it tomorrow! Yeah! Never been this excited for any other car! haha
