Moto-east is good from what I hear, but most of us are using the base tune from Cosworth. So we'd need to contact them first.

No problem, you can send cosworth base file to Mike.

Eh, to be honest, once I can save up for the flex fuel tune (or cosworth comes out with a stage 3 kit), I'll probably just get it dyno tuned at a local shop instead.

I doubt very much Cosworth are going to be able to help with an E85 tune

for starters its pretty difficult to get hold of here in the UK

A question for @weederr33 and @Ernie L

Sorry if this is a bit off topic.

I'm just wondering if you guys have any issues with rasp and vibration from the Q300 when driving/revving between 2500-3000rpm?
The rasp/vibration is more obvious in that rpm range but it can come in anytime if I open the throttle up quickly enough.
With very slow smooth driving I can get rid of the rasp but there is still a little vibration in the rpm range mentioned.

I have an Harrop (Eaton based) supercharger kit installed on my car with a similar exhaust setup.
The main difference seems to be the Cosworth front pipe is resonated and my SME front pipe isn't.
So I'm thinking a resonated front pipe might be the key to solving my problem.

Looking forward to your replies.
TIA

A resonated front pipe will help rasp. Unfortunately, I have the Nameless Performance headers, so the rasp is still there haha. But the Q300 does help quite a bit.

I compared my car against a stockish e46. 80degF 2nd gear 30-70 roll on. E46 had me just barely each time. The torque and grip levels (255s) helped the e46 greatly in the corners. I'm on stock wheel with pss 225s. Can't wait for stage 3!!!!!!!

Ah, I'm on stock wheels with PSS 225s too! They do the kit justices. But I'm saving up for some Nurburgrings (18x8) but not sure if I wanna do PSS again because of cost.

Also... yes Stage 3 MUST come out soon. Though I'm not going to hold my breath.

If I remember correctly (which I'm probably wrong haha) I think it's a TVS 900. I think. Oh yeah... speculation of Stage 3?! Just kidding.

Off topic, kinda, I started a spreadsheet of my engine build (in case cosworth doesn't make internals ect.). Now all that needs to be done is a smaller pulley.
