GT86 four door is here.....

There was some talk of a four-door 86, probably just Motoring AU BS.

Anyway, here it is, wearing a Kia badge. Perhaps Toyota could stop selling endless cosmetic variations and give the people what they want, MORE POWER! and upgraded running gear. I'm going to go take a drive in this if I can when it shows up, just because.

Looks like a bastardization of what's already really good.

It looks more like a Porche Panarabread, IMO, or a four-door 86. It will be interesting to see if they offer a two-door of this thing with MORE POWER!

An actual smallish, sporty RWD sedan-back though...but automatic transmission only unfortunately.

Basically a Korean version of the Alfa Giulia....for less money.

The car industry goes through these cycles when all cars start to look the same and then it takes someone with vision to brave the criticism and build something with guts.. remember the flame treatment on the Beemers?

If only it had been this Stinger concept and not that heavy panamera inspired car.

Probably too heavy to be called a four-door 86. Seems like a budget Audi A7.

Or a fun 3 series, or a more reliable Giulia, seems to be the target here.

Mightily impressed by the MT and C&D first drive reviews, but they always say nice things in the beginning, took a few months for the Giulia to lose favor with the publications.
