I thought he made that, as in its not the actual Subaru piece? Maybe I'm reading and looking at the pictures wrong.

He made them but they're based on the templates provided from the actual part, which shows it works with or without the fog covers. The lines of both covers are the same

They will fit but something about the alignment with the fog covers?

That's what I was saying.

Those teeth on fog cover is a bit different between fog delete & fogged. But you can err heat it up & bend it to make it fit or file some of the extra edges out to make it fit.

PS: It will fit even if you don't do anything, but it wont align like the instruction. Not like you can tell unless you are looking right @ it up close.

You can at least fit 3 more on that wing.

It can fit but it wont align up properly like the foglight delete bezel. Ofcourse you can hear it up @ bend them a bit and stuff.

No fog lights? Dayliner will fit.

Although, I think @DSOmegaX is going to be testing that theory whenever his set comes in. (I believe I read somewhere that he ordered a set)

It should fit. I just ordered mine (I delayed the order earlier since I was the middle of buying a car haha). I am confident there is no issues. This is because:

1) the description of the item: "It has to use with LED DAY LINER (#484-005-002) as stock fog covers won't fit onto this extension." Remember that in Japan, the LED lights we have as DRL are an option; therefore, what its referring to as "stock" are the fog light covers only (without the LED lights). The question of it fitting is not whether it has fog lights or not, but whether it has the LED lights or not. That component is available to all USDM spec BRZs.

2) if you look closely at the covers for Premium (non-fog) and Limited (fog) for USDM cars, there really is no difference in the shape between the two.

Yes, they do!

YOU NEED , AS GRADE, DAYLINER MANDATORY (OR DRL IN EUROPE), no matter about fog or not.

This is what the "stock fog covers" that japanparts is referring to

The covers are in line with the bumper. In comparison to cars like in US, which have the "find" that stick out

No issues with the covers on my AUDM model with DRL's and fogs. They are listed as 'dayliner extensions', so if you have DRLs the piece will fit. As DSOmegaX correctly points out, the 'stock' covers on JDM models do not have DRL's and protruding fins.

Here are mine. I don't have fogs but I kinda feel they are still a little off (sits higher). I don't know if it's bc of the bottom reflections. Either way I'm happy with them.
