New TSB for RPM Drop

Scion released a TSB on Dec. 5th 2013...
Here you guys go:

Intermittent RPM drop condition

S-SB-0040-13

2013-2014 FRS, MT and AT

Basically just an ECM update...

So for MT it will be everyhing before E9703671?

Wonder what this will do, last time I got ECM update my throttle response had a slower response

Looks like its only for cars suffering from idle dip when the A/C is off... mine only dips to 500 with the A/C on...

@regal and other 2012 builds.. Here is your 01C firmware update for the knock and related DI seal issue you have been waiting for.? Maybe? Finally a path..

I wonder what the difference is between ZA1JA01C vs. ZA1JB01C?

I don't have RPM drops during idle with the A/C off, but wonder if it's a good idea to update the calibration from A to B. (I currently have the A version - 4/13 production date)

brought in my car for service yesterday, asked about the idle tsb, said my car didn't apply to the vin range (late 13) and no dip was observed while it was in.

This is going to be an issue. The RPM drop for me at least happens every once and awhile while I am at idle.

Think this happened to me last week, reset the ECU and it went away though...
