Had a busy week adding new pieces to my interior.

I had a chance to drop by @JPM Coachworks and tour their workshop. Very impressive for such a small staff to be building products at the high level of quality while maintaining reasonable prices and delivery times. I can't recommend them enough.

I had them wrap my center console in simulated leather and add stitched seams on the sides to class up the interior - plus it hides all the hideous scratches that the cheap factory plastics are prone to. In addition, I was able to be the first (or at least one of the first) to have the Simulated Leather pieces on their catalog parts already offered in Alcantara. The quality is fantastic - significantly better than the JDM OE stuff.

Here's a few pics of the interior:

JPM Coachworks Simulated Leather Knee Pads

JPM Coachworks Simulated Leather Gauge Cluster Hood

JPM Coachworks Simulated Leather Speaker Trim Panel

Awesome! Do you have more pics of the center console? Why simulated leather rather than real - cost?

Where did you get the leather pads? I can't find them on the JPM website! Looks real good.

Contact JPM. What's listed on the website is just the tip of the iceberg. They can wrap in a wide variety of materials and colors. I'm having them so a custom steering wheel for me.

I don't have any more pics off hand right now, but I can definitely snap some more when I have a little free time. Shoot me a PM to remind me if I don't post anything up in a few days.

I was charged $310 for the whole deal which I think was really reasonable. And because I have the little seat heater switch recess, they put a patch of Alcantara there which really finishes up that area nicely.

I went with simulated leather rather than real leather, not so much because of cost, but because of durability - leather would require more meticulous care (cleaning/conditioning). I park outside at work and summers in the South are super brutal. Even though I'm pretty good about making sure my interior stays cool and shaded, it wouldn't be surprising to see some cracking over time. Not to mention it's way easier to match the rest of the JPM pieces when they're covered in the same material.

@sal: DSOmegaX is absolutely right. I just called and told the guys at @JPM Coachworks exactly what I wanted. They're super helpful and accommodating. :happy0180:

The Blitz catback by itself is very quiet. It's slightly deeper than stock at regular RPM Levels (up to about 4k). With an aftermarket overpipe and front pipe, it's certainly louder and even throatier, but it's still very mild compared to a lot of other exhausts out there.

Here's a clip of the catback (not my car):

Here's a few extra images of my center console:

And just a quick peek into @JPM Coachworks shop. Contrary what some might think, they're small operation with a staff of 6 and essentially everything is done by hand - it takes a little bit longer, but as we all know, it's totally worth the wait.

Wish I could go. So jealous haha. I'd be scared though, probably get them to redo my entire interior!

You guys should have a lot more of this and video to show people that made in America, and craftsmanship is alive and well.
