Mods: Too many: JRZ RS Pros, Harrop Supercharger, SPL catalog, 245 Hoosier R7s, Voltex Type 7, custom front splitter, etc. etc. Car is detuned to ~230ish WHP
Lap Time: 1:16.896 via aim
Notes: I never though I would see 16s with this car. That lap unofficially breaks the record for the class above mine with NASA (TT3), which has a higher pw/wt, unlimited tire width and unlimited aero.

Mods: Ohlins R&T coilovers, AP Racing Sprint Kit (Ferodo DS1.11 pads), JDL UEL headers (catless), swaybars (STX autox build)
Tires: Hankook RS4 255/40-17
Lap Time: 1:23.9 (aim)

Temperature was about 46F and there was a 15-20mph headwind down the main straight (pretty typical for the track). It had rained the night before so track was green but this was the 4th session of the day during an APEX HPDE (nearly everyone was on 'street tires' so just enough rubber build up). Conditions were almost perfect.

I thought it'd take at least 100tw tires to break into the 1:23's, this was the second year in a row where I met/exceeded my goal at the first event (I guess I need to set more aggressive goals).

Thanks! I have a custom dyno tune from PRT tuning, 178whp but dead straight line linear (hp is diagonal and torque is flat, which is exactly what I asked for). I'm giving up some hp but I like the predictability and drivability.

Mods: Mildly Vortech supercharged, 255 Bridgestone RE11S semis, stock suspension
Notes/Comments: Some video snippets from sessions 1-3 of an open track day in December, then my GoPro died.
There are some awesome cars on the video including a Lambo Huracan racecar, McLaren 650S, Merc C55 turbo racecar (best lap time of the day), a very modded white BMW M3, BMW M2, and other great race and road cars. There's warmups, cooldowns, fun, and frustrations. Jokingly hooting at my mate, intentionally divebombing a Golf GTI, almost getting pushed off track by a 335i racecar. But a fun day on an iconic racetrack!!
