Yeaaaa your car is not STX legal at all.
edit: i see that you entered SM. gotcha. i was very confused why all your comparisons were against stx until i paid closer attention.

I don't think many will be surprised to see supercharging doesn't make the car much (if at all) faster at an autox. Now you can just drive and not worry about the burden of being competitive.

It's completely interesting to see the car before and after. Before I felt, the car almost stock in RTR/CS or STX was perfect. But hated it on the track. After, it's not good enough in autox anymore if you want to compete. Still fun obviously. Have to wait to see how the track experience goes.

That was an interesting review. However, I'd like to see how a well prepped SM twin will do. It'll be costly, but it is the "Spend Money" class.

I think it can be good with the higher class. You are way underprepped for the class that the supercharger puts you in. Plus on street tires. The bumped class allows for a lot of weight reductions a lot more tire and rim width, bigger brakes ect. Until the car is prepped 100 percent to the rules its hard to say if it will be competitive or not.

Awesome review!
Toss some Hoosiers on it and try again. Also, I think your review closes the door on the platform for SM class prior to fully exploring the key allowable "other than power" mods (Tires, Wheels, Gearing, Suspension, Aero, Diff). |

@TimR After getting settled with the car other than smoothing out a few areas I don't think there was a lot of time to be found. Getting the car to trailbrake was also much more difficult than other cars I have driven. Throwing power at it was not the answer by any stretch.
