Good points! I wonder if the next spike in sales will begin when tax returns start to come back, would be a nice down payment...

That's a lot of cars for 1 dealer. I have also seen several at my local dealerships. Can't understand why so many people are waiting for them to come in.

Great time to buy one, I found one on the lot (BRZ tho) and got it for less than msrp and they are keeping it til spring for me.

And it will be if word of our shitty tires gets out! (2" of snow and could not make it up my almost flat driveway)

Once people start to get their tax returns back and Spring comes they'll all be snatched up. Other sports car companies warehouse their cars so you hardly ever see them on the lot (unless it's one in the showroom) and often they don't put them on the website either. I wonder if Subaru/Scion left them "available" since there was such a demand from the get-go. It's too bad dealers had such low allocations because they're unwilling to trade with "warm weather" dealerships.

I just checked the inventory for my dealership and they have 5 listed, though not sure how many they actually have on the lot. Those 5 plus all the others I've seen sold through there makes it look like my area will have quite a few FR-S's driving around.
