sad because people are sucky idiots and I'm surrounded by them

Took Mindy (what I named the BRZ because when you have more than one car you kinda have to identify them) to get her windows tinted today and the guy who took responsibility for her pointed out a door ding on the front passengers fender. :-( She doesn't even have a thousand miles yet and she's already dinged.

Makes me want to never leave my house.

I'm super paranoid about where I park my car. I'll even skip a few spots just for that perfect one that's next to the handicap zone or a wall to avoid door dings.

That stinks buddy. Go to a dings/dents repair place. If you show us a pic I can let you know how easy it will be to fix. My tC had a shopping cart blow out of a bin and right into my rear quarter panel. Got the dent removed and can not even notice any damage was done. If it makes you feel better. I took my car on a small road trip and while on the interstate a negligent redneck did not secure his hay bails well. I was doing about 70 when I plowed into the bail. I don't drive my FRS much and that is what happened. So, shit happens. Murphy's Law.

Yeah people do suck!!! I just had a f$&@";!' bitch back into the front of my baby while I was in the car and chip the paint and then have the nerve to say I did not feel my car hit yours even though a witness came over and told her they saw it happen. Then she tells the police she did not do it and then tries to discredit the witness. Never mind the fact I was in the car with my girl when it happened! What the f$&@ what happened to people being honest?

What a ****. Did you get your car covered by her insurance? Remember, what goes around comes around. She will get hers. That shit pisses me off. I feel your pain.

Yeah if she had been honest I may have handled it differently but since she wasn't I called my insurance and gave them all her info so they can go after her and her insurance company!!! It really pisses me off because the part had just been freshly painted and replaced only about a month ago.

Damn. I had someone back into my tC when I was in the bank for less than 5 min. Walked back out and saw a huge scratch on my rear bumper. Had to pay for the paint job out of pocket. Then got in an accident to only have the same repainted rear bumper replaced with a brand new OEM paid for by the driver at fault. At least you will get it fixed for free. Just make sure you have pics of your ride. Did you get any of hers? Also, you should always check the body work before leaving the parking lot on the day it's finished. I have sent cars back two times because I wanted best quality work possible. Let us know what happens.
