Planning on buying a new car

I plan on buying a new car and it's my first time paying in full no financing. I plan on using a personal check and I was wondering if I can date that check on a later date than the day of my purchase because the bank has my money on hold till Monday.

Unlikely, the dealership most likely WON'T take a personal check for $30k anyways (Very few businesses will take a personal check for $30k)...my dealership made me get a certified cashiers check from my bank. Would probably be best to postpone your purchase until Monday.

Toyota took a 32k personal check from a friend when he bought his Camry. I don't see why they won't take it. Walk in with 30k cash like a baller lol.
