I went there 2 years ago and I won't go back if I can help it. most expensive dump I've ever been to in my life. I thought there was a new Xbox coming out or something that I missed because of all the tents lined up down the street next to a BB. Nope, that's just the homeless people. and they're crazy homeless. Not like the homeless here(and a fraction of them) who will just ask for change or try and be your "guide" to the city. no, these people are screaming at the sky, dancing and literally taking a dump on the sidewalk in front of the breakfast place where I got 2 eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, a muffin and an OJ for $40. a small muffin btw.

nope. if I never go back it'll be to soon.

Good call. San Jose is bad, San Francisco is insanely bad. I heard Portland is trying to catch up to SF, but SF is still in the lead by a long shot. SF, rather than dealing with the problem, they deal with the symptoms. You can get a job there for 70k a year picking up needles, or spraying feces off the sidewalk at night. Really sad. It is in the news all the time that SF is losing convention dollars because companies that have gone there annually for years are now saying no.

I suppose that's what you get for having perfect weather all the time.

It isn't worth it, many other factors. I'm going to be the only 86 in Boise.

Constant perfect weather is WAY overrated. It's unnatural.

my phone died 3 days before my lease was up. to make matters worse the crack in the screen kept me from getting my phone replaced under the warranty. so had I sent my phone in to get the screen fixed 2 years ago I would have gotten a new phone for free. instead I have to buy on now and from the looks of things my only real options are the Samsung or a POS iphone.

My phone is company issued. They will ONLY use iPhones. I just got my latest update and of course it is an Xr. I have owned TVs that were smaller! Like carrying a surfboard around in my pocket. I have to get a team together to hold it while I do anything. Most operations require me to swipe the screen about 250 times to get it to work. It just plain sucks.

I've been very happy with my Pixel 2 XL.

The stores only stock garbage. And you're screwed if you're on a CDMA carrier anyway... Bummer.

What would you get if you could? And what's the return policy...?

my company phone is an iphone 7 and only a few months old because we are cheap as hell. I hate it. I keep a personal phone because I'm still held to the company data policy etc. plus if I ever got fired they could instantly take my phone and I'd lose a lot of stuff unless I had it backed up to the cloud. I'm just not down with the company having any say over something I use in my personal life. I keep the 2 separate.

I was tempted to try a google phone. but Sprint doesn't offer google phones and I'm not interested in trying to jailbreak one or trusting someone on the internet to NOT send me a POS. I think I'm just going to get the S10 and be done with it.

I'd just keep my Essential. it's been a great phone. however Sprint's network is hot garbage. I just keep it because I got an old plan from a friend that was a executive at Sprint. $30/mo unlimited everything. I could stream movies 24/7 and it wouldn't effect me at all.
