Based on all of the replies, the problem is that you bought an automatic when the twins clearly prefer to be manual. Take it back to the dealership and see if they’ll swap the correct transmission into the car. Just kidding... but seriously, it’s under warranty, let the dealership work on it.

keep it in manual mode and rev the piss out of it. Never let it under 3k RPM. The best cure for the torque dip (that does not include re-tuning or modding) is to never let the car run in the torque dip RPM range.

Any other symptoms? Did you get any codes? Did you replace the seals or the injectors itself?

I'm interested in this. I've had this behavior too, especially when going uphill in 2nd gear between 2k and 2.5k rpm
Is there a method to confirm it's indeed related to DI? and which one is the problematic one, it would suck having to replace all 4 of them at $170 each.

No Check Engine Lights, You just feel your car under powered and hesitating on the range of 2500~3500 RPM.

Glad 2 months before warranty expired I noticed and fix the issue.

It might be spark plugs. When was the last time you change your plugs?
