Other than the cracked hose I see no signs of use on any of those pictures.
The plate has been buffed where the holes were drilled. Probably to remove burrs. The bushings have some very minor oxidation which is not even remotely uncommon in the manufacturing process. None of the clips or fittings show any sign whatsoever that they have been attached to anything. The fact that it does not come in a pretty consumer box means nothing. They are a specialty shop that doesn't need to attract the buyer's attention on the shelf so marketing through packaging is a waste of time.
Let me get this right. You ordered on a Wednesday for an appointment that Friday? Were they supposed to teleport it to you? Their support is better than you would have got from me. I would have sent you a new hose and that is it.
The customer is NOT always right.

It still wouldn't have been delivered until sometime friday (at the earliest) with 2 day shipping. So to install and tune same day as that doesnt seem doable. Would have missed your appt anyway.

And the kit doesn't look used

havent dealt with delicious but they arent amazon... i think that we have come to expect deliveries to come instantly from all companies but that isnt the case. also remember people that 2 day shipping is not the same as 2 day delivery

How many remember the day when the fine print for mail orders usually said "Please expect 6 to 8 weeks" for shipping?

Yep, and the catalogue mail order stores (in the bigger towns).

Dad! the Penney's catalogue store just called, the ______ that I ordered is in, when can we go pick it up? Next month, son, when I take the truck to town to market some hogs.

You need some glasses, you can see the item with the delicious tuning logo that it has been attached and used. There are even scuff on where you connects the wires. I informed Zach about my tune. That fact that i order it on wednesday i should have at lease got the tracking number by thursday. Also the funny thing he said is it's "made to order" that i would understad that will take longer.

You mean those little tiny marks that could have been made at any point in the part's existence?
How about the green circled areas that clearly have never had anything slide and clamped over them? That is clearly NOT a used part.
