Sadly no... Cuz if I don't fix/check all the reports asap, some of the member go crazy thinking, it's end of the world. So, I try to be on even on my break of crazy work day.

Most of us were kinda surprised but didn't think a whole lot about it.
The loner guy started flipping his shit.

We didn't see either of them after that.

Anyhoo, got my windshield replaced. No problems on the 1.5 hour drive home with variable speeds, no increase in wind noise, no ugly green tint bar on top, etc. So far, so good.

Want to see if it's still good during spirited drives at high XX speeds. Kinda wished they went with factory glass but that would've taken a while to source. Oh well...

Even worse is when the internet is down at work so you can't work but can't be on the forum either.
I actually had to speak with live people in real time today.

In most (not all) cases the replacement glass is the factory glass. It is made at the same time, with the same materials and to the same specs as the stock glass and the only difference is the number put on it and the pallet it gets placed on. What does vary greatly is the skills of the techs installing it!

Thanks, my OCD has *almost* completely went away!

I inspected the work before signing the final papers, looks like the day I bought the car. Well, minus the sun and beautiful backdrop of downtown Seattle skyline.

Heard and read bad stories about Safelite but should remember the saying that gets repeated on here: "People rarely write about the good, only the bad" or however that statement goes.

Walked for about 6 miles today to grab lunch while windshield was getting replaced.

Didn't realize how much out of shape I am until today. It's been a year since I've had to walk more than half a mile or taken the bus.

Here's the thing though, every Tues I play indoor soccer. I usually walk 4~5 miles at work. I shouldn't be this slow... so I thought, but I was wrong
