Choosing the head unit start up screens for the cars; wanting to tie the two cars together I decided to go with a vocaloid theme haha. The BRZ is now Hatsune Miku and the WRX is Megurine Luka

Nice! I would've gone with the WRX as Mugen and the BRZ as Jin from Samurai Champloo. haha But my cars tend to be bros, except for my 2011 WRX. She was Nala, and she was a biatch. haha

Never seen that anime, but I'm not heavy into anime like I used to be. Looks cool. I just finished Eden of the East and thinking of starting Hunter X Hunter or Full Metal Alchemist next as time permits.

Oh they're not from an anime actually. They're essentially digital jpop idols. Look up vocaloids. They're huge in Japan.

Ooooooooh! Reminds me of Gorillaz. Pretty cool! I should personalize mine more. I drove my friend's manual 2012 Impreza hatch the other day and she has little Japanese plush dolls on the dash. I should get Utada Hikaru as my start up screen.

I can tell you it's probably the stock Michelin Primacy tires. Once I switched to Pilot Sport A/S 3 tires (also 215/45/R17) they seem to be a little wider and look to fill the wheel gap better (optical illusion?). My 17" rims are JDM at 7.5J so I'm not sure if that contributed to the more square look of the tire sidewalls as well. I also have STI springs on mine and no spacer here.

I think you can consider moving up to 18" STI rims because the side skirts are probably making the 17" rim looking a tad smaller than they really are (the main reason I haven't bought the side skirts and I actually wanted to run 17", Subaru is smart in keeping the body kit black so that the car wouldn't look overly huge).

I put on the 20/25mm for front/rear already. Looks good and flush, and the rear is just tucking in more but it's because of the slight camber it got from putting on lowering springs too.

From behind:

And a little comparison between the 02C and 07X WRB paint codes. The new WRB is noticeably darker, especially in person. Paint quality has gone up as well, but to be honest still prefer the lighter 02C shade.

Man, I cannot find your front STI emblem anywhere on japanparts.com. Went through the BRZ section 3 times now.
I went a little different route on the rear. My front I went cheap on ebay and it would work great if I had a mesh grille but it has no mounting bracket like yours has.
