Here's my Grids in deep red.

18x9.5 +38, wrapped in 225/35/18's.

Probably the last photo's taken of them before I put 'em up for sale.

18x8.5 +44 Rt5' clear with plenty of clearance up front. I think you would be ok. <- Incorrect

Rears for sure.

Edited for clarity

Actually it turns out that the 18x9.5 RT5s do not clear Brembos. The face has too deep of a concave. You have to bump up to a 18x10 +30 to clear if you want lip and concave. I ended up going with a staggered set of wheels. 18x8.5+44 front, 18x9.5+44 rear.

My TE37SL will be delivered by the end of next week.

I will use Rota as winter wheels. They are good.

No problem. I had to go straight to the horse's mouth to get a solid answer. For the record, the same problem afflicts the Grid (and GramLights 57C6, and Enkei RPF1, etc.) I'm going to minimize the stagger by going with 255/35 F and 265/35 R.

yup, but with Grids you just need a 5mm spacer so it's not as bad.

True. But that often necessitates longer studs. And I was trying to keep 265s up front, so 5mm less offset would have been a pain to fit and keep a good alignment.
