I thought that which doesn't kill you makes you a superhero.

Or maybe I've been watching too much Marvel/DC stuff lately...one or the other.

Nah, that's mostly exposure to radiation or the vacuum of space, or a failed science experiment. No one got super powers from a severe car crash (that I know of...)

(You'll never walk again, but hey! You learned you have a strong soul.)

I still take issue with it, though.
Sometimes whatever doesn't kill you is just waiting for another chance

But many times it involved materials FROM a car crash!

Hell if you accept new versions as cannon then one accident can cause several mutations.

The Daredevil origin sure I should know but I have no business knowing the TMNT/Daredevil origin retcon.

Nah, I wouldn't say so. Even if you're "too old" for comics (which I find that hard to believe because most origin stories are decades old), you still have children and grandchildren (I think), so any knowledge related to "kid's entertainment" can be blamed on them.

(And the " are because these things shouldn't be a distinction. Anyone is free to like anything at any age. No such thing as too old)

this is SO cool. I can't wait to get home and play with the goats.
So if you are goat-scaping, does that make them scapegoats?
