Hey guys,

If you have an open dump waste gate but want a recirculated wastegate instead then what are your options? Does JDL offer a replacement downpipe?

I'm guessing you could send it back and they could modify it for you? ... So the kit is in; I got the Misimoto radiator and slim fans. The turbo blanket is touching the fan; is there any more adjustment possible?
Also I'm wondering Do I need a flex joint in my exhaust? I have a 2.5 over pipe-straight pipe to Tanabe cat-back but there isn't any flex joints?
How about heat wrap for the electrical connections? Oil line under the manifold?Anything else I should be thinking about doing at this point? Thanks!

I was doing some research on oil and came across this statement at the end of the first post located here:

Is this a legitimate concern? Is there a better place to get oil for the turbo?

Patiently waiting for my kit to arrive! Went with a GTX3076r 700hp IC also got 1050x injectors and south bend stage 3 clutch, might be buying a short block from IAG soon as well

Anyone got any recommendations on where they got their built blocks from and what Compression ratio’s you chose?

Interested about buying this kit in the future but just curious, does the UEL manifold in the turbo give the car that signature Subie rumble?

Find a good exhaust shop local to you and talk to them.

Does anyone know the torque specs for the turbo housings (GTX2860R) or the connection between the downpipe and turbo, or where I can find these?

Well my shop started the car for the first time and it’s getting tons of oil burning through the exhaust. The o2 sensor and down pipe are completely coated in oil. Huge thick clouds of smoke completely filling the shop and neighborhood. I told them the AOS needs to be vented to atmosphere ,but it wasn’t installed that way. Is that what’s causing the smoke.? Are the oil lines correct? Or is it the AOS pulling oil into the intake? What else did we just ruin by doing this? Spark plugs, o2 sensor?

@Conman Did you install the oil restrictor in the oil supply line to the turbo?

You dont think the AoS being not vented to atmosphere would have caused this?
That's what people on facebook are saying

check the outlet of the turbo/charge pipes and see if there is oil. Right now we only know there is oil in the exhaust.

How much oil are we talking about exactly?
