Did you even read the card that came with the bag?

I never purchased a vehicle though. I was afraid that the dealership used my personal information to purchase this.

Read.
The.
Card.

"To show our gratitude for the recent opportunity to improve your Subaru experience..."

No one said anything about buying a car.

I left a deposit on a BRZ but i decided not to buy it. When I left my deposit, I left all my info like my CC, SS#, Address, etc. so I was afraid that used my info for a scam.

This info would be relevant for the original post.

Basically, you expressed interest to buy a car and left your info. Subaru of America took your contact info from the dealer and mailed you a "Thank You" gift in anticipation of your purchase.

You cancelled after the gift was already processed on their side.

Stop thinking this is a scam. You made no attempt to order a bag and any fraud case would be immediately ruled in your favor if it went that route.
