Enkei PF01 17x8 +35 on BRZ PP

I am looking at buying a set of Enkei PF01 17x8 +35 (Black) wheels for my 2017 Subaru BRZ PP. I plan to run either 235/45/17 or 245/40/17 GT Radial SX2 tires. My suspension is stock and I don't plan to run coilovers. Maybe just some camber bolts and possibly some RCE yellows in the future.

Should I expect any fitment issues without spacers? From my research, these should clear everything just fine, with a little bit of poke in the front which can be fixed with the camber bolts or lowering. From what I can tell, it should clear suspension and the guards just fine. Will I have issues clearing the Brembo brakes?

Here are some articles for reference. No one has specificaly states the 17x8 +35 will clear PP BRZ, but based on these, my guess is it will clear no problem.

17x7.5 +45 with 225/45/17 will clear PP brakes.
17x8 +35 with 245/40/17 will clear stock brakes/suspension
17x8 +35 will clear the AP racing sprint brake kit

My wheel guy called Enkei directly and they specifically recommended the +35 fitment. Because I was concerned, too.

They look great and fit with no issues, can still clear my hand past the suspension front and rear.
