Oh no not again.....

My biggest issue here is that even if that is the actual dyno sheet from his car, it was a mustang dyno. Mustang dynos are notorious for reading lower than the industry standard dyno jet. They generally read somewhere around 12-15% lower. Hence their nick name "the heart breaker"

Now that means that his car on a dyno jet would be making right around 250whp NA.....

So he either had them make adjustments to get a higher reading or is secretly running nitrous

A dyno should not be able to tell the difference.

Nope, gonna need more painter's tape for that. May even need to consider upgrading to metallic duct tape for reduced friction.
