Did you have to do any work on the harness to get the car to play nice with the BRZ lights, or did you just plug and play it as best as you could? I thought the two cars had different harnesses since the FRS uses the high beams as DRLs instead of dedicated lights, aling with the added turn signal.
Just curious.

Good to hear. I've been wanting to put BRZ headlights on the car (if for nothing else to at least gain another signal lamp that people can actually see), so at least I know it's easily accomplished with some parts and a little electrician elbow grease.

It's a combination of sloppy footwork on my part and cheap OEM mats. It happened on my Integra, too, but took a lot longer. |

After two weeks of letting the ceramic cure, I did a ONR wash and topped it with their coating designed sealant.
Gahd damn. |

A nice solution. Have you looked around for another OE set? I've seen a ton of locals telling them cheap unused.

Yeah but it would be silly to buy a whole new set when the other 3 are in perfect shape. I thought about the all-weather mats that Scion originally sold.

My headlights were starting to look cloudy and faded so i tried out a cheap fix. https://www.amazon.com/3M-Quick-Head.../dp/B079QL8BYK
3m clearcoat wipes with a 3000 grit sanding disc. Results are good! Mine werent pitted or anything just cloudy so the 3k disc was plenty. The wipes are kind of hard to apply 100% uniformly. But they look nearly brand new now.

Mine started there too.
First tried plast-x polish, which works fine, and then topping with synthetic sealant. Didn't last more than a month. Then tried plast-x again and then meguiar's clear coat spray for headlights. Looked like crap/cloudy and i must have missed the top since it came back after about a month. So far this has been the best looking result but i'll keep an eye on it to see how long it lasts.
