Thanks for the information, I'll be able to recommend that to others!

We are working on 2017+ specific mounting as well for those that have the facelifted bumpers.

Thanks,
Eric

VerusEric: how about rather work on something like in TF kit with inlets behind main rad? Such should work no matter what redesign of bumper/foglights these cars may get / with aftermarket bumpers too. (thus if you do, would be nice to see kit with hoses routed in way that wouldn't require modifications to washer reservoir)

@VerusEric

Have you guys had a chance to test fit the duct kit to and 2017+ BRZ with the Brembo Performance Pack?

We have not yet but do not see any reason it should not fit. The AP Racing brakes seem to be the thickest rotors to date and they have fit with them. The Stoptech calipers appear to be quite large as well and no issues with fitment on those as well.

Thanks,
Eric

The dust/heat shield is too small for the stock Brembo brake kit rotors. The plate should cover the full diameter of the rotor. Edit: The effect should still be good, and the cooling should still be effective.

The plate should guide most of air to inside of rotor instead of blowing from one side of rotor. Imho even with it not covering whole diameter of rotor it still will do the job by the looks in pic.

Replaced. An Amsoil oil container can easily be modified to fit. Recommend rotating it 90 degrees from what I have in the image. Uses all grommets, pump, and filler neck.

Works great on my 2017 with Brembos.

Couple recommendations though:
- use bigger washers for the duct mount, the washers that came in the kit didn't fit over the bolts and the bigger washers hold the duct in more sturdy
- fibreglass mesh works great
- if you relocated your horn for an oil cooler you're gonna have a bad time as the bolt will prevent the duct from getting closer towards the front, you can use the rivet tool bit as a spacer
- I still have to mess with fitment and turn radius, but it seems to me that it works better if you can get the duct to mount further towards the front of the car, as opposed to it fitting with the mount angled backwards (could be wrong, car is still in stands until Saturday)

Thanks for the feedback! Awesome job on the retrofitting for washer fluid!

Yes, each kit comes with 2013-2016 and 2017+ fog light mounting at this time. We revised the kits as of 2019 so unless you purchase one from 2018 and earlier, it should come with both.

Thanks,
Eric

Hi Eric and all,

Does the Vortech Windshield Washer Fluid Reservoir clear the brake duct? The PT tuning one is out of stock.

Thanks!

I can't see where this installs on the link. I would assume it would work with the brake cooling kit though as anything that small and easily accessible would have to be pretty high up in the fender or in the engine bay, which won't interfere with the brake hose.

Thanks,
Eric
