Totally agree with Gums. This is exactly what happened to me. Meter wouldn't drop below 26 and no power. I reconnected the wire AND taped them and no harm done.

I recalibrated the throttle and that helped somewhat, drops down to 24v now. I hooked up the OFT and monitored the boost and it never went over 1.5(would always hit a little over 4 with the switch). Keep in mind everything worked fine with the foot switch yesterday. I want to try editing the map to run the ESC at 100% when it's WOT the entire time just to check if it's the map.

Is there a guide on how to edit the activation points?

Also running Shiv's e85 ESC tune. It's pretty darn good.

There's a way to do that in the procede app.

So it feels like it's pulling really hard, but the volt meter is still not dropping past 25-26. All the connections look good. Does your volt meter go down to 18-22 when going WOT?

I think people are running the Open Flash tune, you'll have to contact sales@openflashperformance.com

with your Cal ID and ask for one.

There have been multiple people utilizing usb to serial adapters. Several of whom o have helped.

The procede checks the files after loading, so it should be fine. But if you don't trust my word for it you can wait for @Shiv@Openflash . (Not trying to be mean or anything here. I understand being conservative.)

As for my procede tune here you go!

Since you have the serial procede follow this after loading the map.

I just found this post you put up a few months ago. I have not changed the Fuel Control like you have in the pics. Could that be the problem?

I think the only boost I'm getting is from the drag reduction vacuum tube. I'm going to resolder the signal wire when i get home and see what that does.

What version of procede do you have? Does it have a serial port or usb?

Serial

Resoldering it didn't help. Right now I don't think its engaging the esc at all. Not sure where to go from here. The procede software reads the rpm's and and throttle.
