Can not get the Subaru Navitoolbox software to read my Navigation SD card.

I can not get the Subaru Navitoolbox software to read my SD card.

I have the latest version of the Navitoolbox software, and I am running Windows 8 64 bit or Windows 7 64 bit.

Anybody else not able to get the software to detect and read the SD card. The OS can see and read the SD card, but the Navitoolbox software never detects the SD card.

The latest version of the Navitoolbox software is 3.14

Did not know this existed. I will look more into it. Thanks! For those of you (don't tell me I'm the only one) that have not heard of this, here is the link: https://subaru-na.naviextras.com/shop/portal/downloads

Alternatively, has anybody been able to get the software to recognize our Navi's SD Card, and if so, what were you able to do with it?

as cheap as this sounds..

try copy and pasting the contents of the SD card to a usb drive.

recognize the usb drive, do whatever,

copy and paste back to sd card?

stupid it doesn't recognize the card...

So, I messed around with the software and SD card last night. No luck whatsoever. I even hooked the laptop up to the car via USB and still nothing.

Nonetheless, looks like Q3 2011 is the latest version of maps, at least for the US/Canada, and is what came with the vehicle.

Is it possible the card is formatted NTFS rather than FAT32?
