SPEEDHUNTERS: The WELD FR-S!!!
"No Cutting Corners: The WELD FR-S" By Dino Dalle Carbonare This is a simply astonishing feature (as expected of SH) for Weld's recent FR-S. Probably the first time we've really gotten a good look at it since the Tokyo Auto Salon. The work put into this (IMO) is simply outstanding with him creating metal widebody fenders and even modifying the OEM bumpers with OEM plastic to finish the look. If not enough... a chrome carb'd FA20 in under the hood. The full article and picture gallery @ speedhunters. Follow the link~ http://www.speedhunters.com/2014/10/...choice-to-wait - - -

I've said this so many times, everyone goes FI on their "show builds", an NA build would be seriously awesome and you can see it here!!

The craftsmanship is fantastic. The stance is a bit low for my taste and the wing is way too much. But bring it up a bit and give it a more subtle wing and I like everything else about it.

lol @ all that work and money for 210hp and a car that's likely heavier than stock. The widebody looks nice, but come on...
Not digging the Work wheels either... really big and kinda ugly... and the 225/35R19 front, 275/30R19 rear huge stagger is just weird. Last edited by Sideways&Smiling; 10-25-2014 at 07:05 PM. |

Love the craftsmanship. Needs a little less wheel and tire. Sometimes less is more.

Would be cleaner with the rear fenders extended all the way down to the diffuser, IMHO.
