The UEL is installed. And it was a royal pain in the $% to get it done thanks to living in the rust belt. Two hard to access bolts were seized and needed to be cut. Which took hours

After installing the header we wanted to upload Stage 2 (plus) but my tablet gave an error.
I've tried everything but ended up opening a support ticket.
The car runs fine on stage 1 (no check engine light) but it does not take full advantage of the header.

The whole procedure was a lot ore challenging then I thought it would be.

Let the tablet do a full update on your computer. See if that clears it. If not re download the stage 2 tune and try again. You want stage 2

Yes, I tried that. I even used a different computer to update the tablet again thinking that it might be that. I also downloaded the tunes again and installed them but it didn't clear it.

I have been running the stage 1 flash for a couple of years now. So it has been a while since I installed it. Sorry for not being clear.
Now I can't install anything. I get stuck at this screen. It recognizes the car but if I click on Tuning I get this message.

This was the only reference I could find:

"OFTCODE 10001 and 10002:

This error is due to the protocol file on your OFT being out of date, or missing for some reason. Please use OFM to update your OFT, and then try to read your ECU again. If the problem persists, use the contact form on our website to request assistance."

I would flash back to stock. Then wipe and delete the OFT. Remove the software from your computer. Reinstall and connect the OFT to your computer. Let it update and put the the stage 2 tune back on and try to flash again.

I thought of that but I don't think I can flash back to stock.
My stock tune is on the OFT, but as soon it checks the current tunes on the OFT I get the error
