I didn't drive my car sideways. I just moved out here from California so I'm trying to figure things out and what people do.

Seriously we have fun in the snow, we stay away from the wind and fear the back ice which tries to kill us all. The cold dense air ups the charge going into our engines in the winter and most of the time the roads are clean, salty and dry so there's plenty of automotive asshattery to go around.

There's not really a FT86 Chicago user's group but meets are organized on this thread. There's a solid JDM scene here and most of the discussion can be found at http://jdmchicago.com

I appreciate it. I wish I lived closer to Chicago to check out meets more often, but I chose to live close to work for now. I'm living in Bourbonnais, so I'm basically an hour away from Chicago.
