XXR 527 on GT86

Looking to get a set of XXR 527 in 17x8,25 for my GT86 ( I live in sweden and i paid about 45000$ for the car here ), but unsure which ET. They come in +25 or +35 and car will not be lowered.

Also i'm planing to stretch the OEM Michellin 215/45 onto the 8,25 width, will this work or they are just way to small? Looking to save money so i don't have to buy new tires also since the wheels costs about 250$ each here in Sweden

Regards
Jesper

+35, probably the only time the higher choice will actually work better. Tires should be fine too.

Thank you! Hard to find any good pictures with the XXR527 installed.

The dealer only had +25 instock atm. will have to wait for the +35 if that will suit the car better

I've seen those picscs to but they are 18x8,75 and i wasn't sure if the 17x8,25 would be the same fitment due to the 0,5 extra width.
Damnit been looking all over the web for a set of 17x8,25 in ET35 they are all out everywhere here in Sweden, Will have to check the US to, any good shops around that sells the wheels??

Yeah Bmore_Raven86 post up some pics, would be ace!

I found them on http://www.nlmotoring.com for an increadible price, i really do not understand the insanly low prices in the US

Even with total price of $459 for 4wheels and + $380 in shipping it's still almost half the price i'd pay in Sweden

I think the +25 would give you a better look. I am running 18x8.75 +35, but your option is 17x8 so you are already running smaller width so I think +25 would give it a more flush look compared to +35.

I talked to a trader and according to him the +25 would poke out abit outside from the fenders/wheel arches. That not legal here in sweden, so they need to stay inside the "housing" :p
But since no one seem to have a set of 17x8,25 ET25 installed on their FRS/BRZ/GT86 it's hard to really know, but I don't feel like gambling

Yeah, they would stick out a tad. +35 does sound like your best option

Sorry for the thread jack but, I'm thinking of getting 527's as well in 17x8.25 +35(front) and 17x8.25 +25(rear) and lowering 1 inch with springs. Here in vic, aus, I don't think we can have our wheels poke out further than the fender. Will this set up be flush?
