@Tcoat

I understand where you're coming from. I just think that taking design cues from higher (much higher) end sports cars is ok, as long as its not an entire straight rip off of said cars. They succeeded there with the front end for the kouki in doing just that: taking cues without making the entire car an almost Lamborghini.

The SW20 came awfully close, however, to looking like a small Ferrari replica. But in its day it was -praised- for that by the automotive community; you could get almost super car looks for a mid-range price.

And, of course, there's the second gen RX-7.

The kouki wheels are the only thing I would rather have on the zenki. Everything else is worse looking than the original.

Personally I like the new rear bumper design + the fender garnish on 86. Everything else (aside from the motor) isn't so good.

Maybe that front end is justified, as the HP of the "new' engine goes up ten HP with every post. Its going to be at least 300 when it hits the dealer.

Here's hoping the SF-R comes here, I will be taking a look if it does. I think you are safe on the FT-1 as there is no way that body survives a trip through the agressivizer software suite. Once complete, there won't be a soft edge to be found. Because it's "aggressive". I would have thought that being a middle-adged dude who needs to buy some larger tap-out shirts I would be interested in driving around in a car that looks "aggressive". Guess not.

As others have said, glad I have a first-gen.

Ah it does with the aero kit, demanding attention with its unnecessarily huge wing and all, but I don't have the kit. Mines just a plain ol celi with no skirts or lips or anything. And personally I don't think it's anything that breaks anyone's neck

Come on, Toyota. DO it! The trade-in line would be around the block.

And see I wouldn't have bought that either. I don't want super car looks for a mid range price. I want nice looks in a mid priced range where the car is not pretending to be a supercar. It isn't a supercar and making it look like one just does not appeal to me. Other opinions will vary.

I was sold after I watched the videos. Pictures don't really do the car justice.

Trading your Veyron? You could get 30 86's for that.

What's funny is the Veyron does not have an "aggressive" face.
