Dude, wheres my car?
Lets go through my emotional stages as I wait for my FRS.
First there was boyish confusion and genuine wonder about the location of my car... Next more of a scientific inquisitive approach to where my car is... Now I have reached a boiling point "300" style where is my car... Dudes, where are our cars? |

On a train in the railyard, the dealership called and said they are trying to pry it from the keeper at the gate...

Who're you still pre-ordered with? Steven's Creek will have their first allocation on sale on June 9th for their launch event. I'm in the process of getting my deposit back from them (It's taking forever) so if you were behind me in line, you're not one more slot closer.

According to my dealer, my car was on a truck and due at the dealer between 5-17 and 5-21... so far, no car, no updates. You'd think Toyota would have a better idea of where it's assets are, and at least have GPS to actually find out where the bloody cars really are!

Same here. I know it is coming on the truck but dealer is failing big time to tell me anything. I call daily to get the update. Funny thing, every time I call they tell me something new. They must just expect that I am going to call so they just wait to tell me when I call. I wont call tomorrow and see if they contact me. haha

In another thread and as has been going on in Canada for the past week, there is a stop sell on the FR-S. It's due to some documentation work that supposedly has to do with the manual that goes with the car. Some legal issue.

I think the legal issue has to do with the fact that they cannot sell without having user manual in with the car, and since they need to re-print a whole bunch, maybe they try to work around a law to sell cars without user manual. Or maybe my whole theory is wrong!
