Nope, it's open to everyone. There's some Instagram pics @nybmwcca with a 69 Chevelle and an MR2.
We had a few 86's run. Couldn't bring mine, needed the Jeep to move the trailer so I co-drove a friend's e92 M3. Next one is 5/24.

All of the LI Autocross groups (Porsche, SCCA, BMW) have provisions for any manufacturer's cars.
