The offline version I mentioned is the ripped website packaged into an application (TIS framework doesn't work outside a server application).
The uncompressed sizes for the gt86 are:
TIS Website Files: 1359 MB (total, although each manual is only about 120-260 MB)
Extra PDFs: 209 MB
Windows Interface: 223 MB
MacOS Interface: 250 MB

I packaged it all together to prevent under-shared parts being lost.
It will all fit as is on a DVD (or USB stick), or if you limit to a certain year and OS, it will fit on a CD (full readme file in the download explains how).

Would love a PDF (offline) copy of both the 2016 Scion FRS Factory Service Manual & the Wiring.

I'm building a custom AI Chatbot, that can read this data, and quickly find details like pg numbers or torque specifications, I've noticed the website scraping it does is not nearly as good as a document upload!

I'd like a link as well. I'm amazed you're still maintaining this 7 years later, but thank you so much for doing so! I've been working off a PDF of all the individual pages for a while: it allows better searching, but without specific syntax it's hard to know what to search for, also the reference links don't work.

There isn't a PDF version of the Factory Service Manual (was proving to be too much work and there were issues linking between articles), there are PDF files of the Wiring Diagrams though (via the print button on each wiring page or access it all from the source directory). The offline version is the website packaged with NW.js.

The framework of TIS didn't lend itself to scraping very well, it was a much more intensive and manual process to clone. Each content page is HTML though (and has a title in a table at the top), so you should be able to train off those files from the source.
