My car never smells like smoke and I smoke cigarettes in it too.

YES - in as fast as 8 minutes. Oregon too.

Google says....

"Due to the increased number of drivers driving while under the influence of drugs, police officers in Los Angeles are now testing using drug swabs at DUI checkpoints. The test is roughly eight minutes long and uses a person’s saliva to detect THC, crystal meth, methadone, cocaine, and several other prescription medications. There are conflicting reports as to the accuracy of these tests."

That's coming here as well, like booze it will likely have the same conviction results with a charge of refusing the test, or forced blood test.

To bad that non impaired drivers will be convicted because THC is stored in the fatty tissues of a sober body for a very long time.

Easy in Washington, they call it "driving while distracted".

And I believe here they do it to everyone, even if you show no sign of impairment whatsoever.
