Toyota win the 2018 24hrs of LeMans

1-2 finish. Fantastic effort, despite the lack of any true competition.
Finally some redemption after the millions of dollars of investment and years of heartbreak/near wins

Sooooo how long before they start trotting out LeMans winning editions of the 86?

Whooooo! Victory is what you make it. Very happy to read this, I love Toyota and desperately want them to liven up their sports car brand appearance after having been stagnant so long. I know they'll never ditch the econobox image, but at least a twinkle in their eye is enough for me.

GOOD WORK

It's wasn't an 86 that won the Le Mans, it's their LMP1 Hybrid V6

I guess if you really widened the v and lost 2 cylinders it could wear a "proud of boxer" decal. Subaru would need a flat 8 so once it lost 2 cylinders after 20 laps or so, you'd still have 6 to work with.
