Looks great. Does it get too hot if you leave it in the sun?

Ive had the 500 gram knob on my 11 sti and I can say that these knobs are great.
Its not like sandpaper or skateboard grip tape but just texturized so that it isn't slippery. It is not abrasive in anyway. The way they are textured helps with heat, they still get hot but they don't sear your skin instantly like a polished metal shifter would. I never had a problem shifting gears when it was hot but you wouldn't want to grab on the knob and squeeze when it has been sitting in the sun. If I knew the FRS was the same thread size as my sti I would have certainly kept the knob. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2 |

I bought the http://www.shopflossy.com/products/g...d-heavy-weight and I had it engraved with the laughing man logo from Ghost in the Shell. I would say the build quality is super solid as this shift knob weighs a ton! The surface is pretty nice grip tape like surface, but not as abrasive. I think it compliments the BRZ interior really well.
