Possibly, but not sure just how far out the turbo sticks, etc. Looking at it, the turbo is also on the drivers side, so it'll be interesting around the master cylinder and steering column.


I wonder how insane the pricing is on the crate engine too, if it's reasonable it would be a killer swap candidate with the CD09 gearbox adapter.


*edit* - found the price, $6500 usd for the complete engine.

We couldnt't buy the Type R engine anyways well...most of us probably couldn't.

The Honda Racing Line club allows members to purchase stock parts for their race cars under the following conditions:

Completion and submission of the registration form and meeting all listed eligibility requirements
Residence within the continental United States
Membership will typically be open to one driver per registered Acura or Honda race car. If a registered Acura or Honda race car has more than one driver, each driver of that particular car will have to submit a separate membership application.
Changes to the type of Honda or Acura vehicle raced or the category of competition must be forwarded immediately via fax, letter, or email.
Membership privileges last for one calendar year (January 1 – December 31)

More than likely they will be the same powder coated finish we did on our 2J VVTI mounts
