Did I mention the flat tire that I had repaired in thunder Bay?

Punctured a tire with a rock at site on a Friday morning, swapped the spare on (I love full size spares) and took my tire to Kal Tire that same day. Five days go by, and I haven't heard from them. I call them on Wednesday and the first person I spoke with had no record of me dropping the wheel off. Second person I spoke with told me it's been ready since Monday.

Go in to pick it up, and get told there's no charge. I think "oh cool, maybe it's a warranty thing?" And walk out of the shop, rolling the wheel along beside me. Go to toss the wheel into the bed of my truck only to see that almost half the barrel is scratched to shit. I should have caused a scene, but I was way too out of energy.

I'm more mad that the shop tried a classic redirect, instead of owning up to what they did.

Or it could be:
Ba·ka ˈbäkə/
noun
