This morning i modified the oil return flange that came with the turbo by cutting the pupe and tacking my AN8 fitting then i made my oil return hose. Below is all 4 hoses. The top 2 are water feeds and bottoms are oil.
Now i just need to weld my other AN8 fitting to the pan and im all done for this part!

Looking good man. Was curious though, the fitting on the oil pan seems low. Is the oil level really lower than your mounting point?

? What do you mean the fitting is sealed. I'm referring to the gravity feed setup you have. If the fitting is below the oil level when full, then it will cause an oil blockage and back up into the turbo and kill the turbo seals. |

Anyway, a good friend built a S2000 turbo a long time ago and the turbo's return was trough the drain plug and he never got any problem with it

Not sure how that applies to this car, but good luck anyway. With my setups the return had to be above the oil level, cause oil would flow were least resistance (back up the friend line and out the seals). Look forward to seeing your numbers.
