you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. Shiv has been in the community and has done extremely well for the community for a very long time. He's been tuning Subaru's since Sports Compact Car was closed down. I hope this is just a momentary mistake.

I mentioned only about aftermarket support. There were other cases in the past. Check the following:

Shiv is offering a free dyno run to a dissatisfied customer
http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showp...28&postcount=4

The dyno didn't happen and the customer didn't receive a response
http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showp...1&postcount=89

As far I am aware, this free dyno never happened at all!

And of course I don't have any plan to continue this. Just shared my 5 cents of knowledge.

WOW the bashing, I've had an OFT and OFH for almost 2yrs now and I love them but I like to do things myself. with the help of steve99 wayno, Kodename47 to name a few I got my car tuned in close enough. I have to say though it is a bit scary that Shiv isn't answering any calls or emails. I just hope he is on vacation somewhere.

Everytime he went on "ghost mode", came with something new. I remember last time he gone, came with the flex fuel for oft. This time he will come with "Stage 2" and "Stage 2 + " for OFH.

Openflash seems pretty hit or miss with their service the last year or so. Half of the members say they have no problem getting service, while the other half email and call for weeks without a response.

Shiv did a lot for the community. Not just pushing products, but helping people understand the basics of tuning. I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt that he's not intentionally ignoring you.
@Gopherboy6956 When you called them, was it during business hours? Did they just not pick up, or did they tell you to shove off? When you emailed, was it from a well-known domain, or is there a chance it could have been picked off a spam?

So 2 bad things happened in how long? Crap happens, it is just a fact of life. Who knows what happened in those situations that was not posted.

Like I said, he's been great for a long time, let's see what happens before making insane absurd insults.

Hi guys,
A customer just brought this thread to my attention. Apologies to Gopherboy6956 (who I emailed a few minutes ago). I had no intention of ignore his email. But I also have no real excuse for not following up in a timely fashion. Yes, I'm a bit over-worked when it comes to daily email load (it's 9.3pm now and I've been at it since 9am this morning). Sales have been doubling every month for the last few months. But I am not complaining. it's great to be supported by a community and be giving the opportunity to working in a field that I love. But being a one-man show does take it's toll. Fortunately, my wife is joining me next week in a full-time position to make sure things like this don't fall through the cracks in the future. That way I can focus on development and other tuning related things.

If anyone else is waiting for a response, please email us (again). I try to stay on top emails but if you have been waiting for more than 3 or 4 days, I do encourage you to email us again. This will be better when the wifey joins, I promise
