There's a more helpful description on tire rack.

This process, which is directly derived from O.Z.'s experience in F1, produces wheels that are extremely light and strong.

The flow forming process and the HLT technologies combine to create mechanical characteristics similar to those of a forged wheel. This permits a dramatic reduction in wheel weight while enhancing structural rigidity vs. a standard cast wheel.
Apparently what they are doing is casting the hub and spokes with a thick ring of material where the rim should be, then cold rolling the wheel rim using a forming die. Basically, they are casting the center and forging the rim.

Matador, I'm 25 and I've been into cars since a young age. Both my Father and Uncle owned a AE86 LEVIN(Father) and TRUENO (Uncle) they taught me about cars. I've owned about 4 cars, the first being an FC3S. But I have to admit I still have alot to learn. Why do you ask?

Well I've heard of em but never owned a set, just wanted real experience with them. I mean there are well known wheels out there but people have terrible experiences. I've heard people with Volks breaking, or Grams even BBS shattering in certain conditions. But that's pretty common about all wheels nothing is super strong and never have any problems. In case of O.Z. I wanted to see if anyone had problems, If you think about it Wheels are big investments. Again just wanted real user input thanks for all of those that did

I have the Ultraleggera's 17" on my Corolla, see picture (I'm from The Netherlands).
Those wheels are very good, light and strong, with a superb reputation (in Europe)!

17x8 OZ Ultraleggera Black: $276 - 17.0lbs
17x8 Enkei Racing PF01 Black: $265 - 17.3lbs
17x8 Enkei Racing RPF1 Black: $252 - 15.6lbs
17x8 OZ Alleggerita HLT Black: $339 - 15.6lbs
17x8 Kosei K1 TS Grey (no black avail): $269 - 15.5lbs
Oh man I wanted Ultraleggaras back in the day. If I was buying new wheels, Gold Alleggerita HLTs would be at my doorstep.
