There is a lot of scams with batteries too. Whether it be relabeling crap batteries with name brands and using name brand package. Or simply repackaging used batteries as new.


The biggest scam is fake positive reviews.



I got fake calvin klein underwear and they were not even cheap.

they only do it because those same laws make it profitable to sell fakes. patent laws only protect you from taking something patented and reproducting it, which isnt the case here and wouldnt stop someone from selling fake drugs that arent the drug or fake electronics that clearly arent real. goochi handbags and fake gillette razors are going to be covered by trademake violations which has nothing to do with the actual product or the consumer. These laws arent on the book to protect the consumer.
