I love my deal more! I had the Mishimoto baffled catchcan on my wishlist for awhile now at amazon.ca sitting around $270CA
Checked the status tonight and it was discounted down to $195CA plus shipping, so I grabbed it

You can have my Cusco for $60 if your interested, I even have the old hoses if you want them. This is the newer vertical style model and mounts quite nicely

Need to recover on the funds while enjoying the 10 psi boost once i get this thing rolling.

Questions:
1. 91 octane?
2. Stock clutch?
3. :burn rubber: not a question, just have fun

How long were you boosted for until your clutch started slipping? I've been running 7-10 psi for the last 20,000 km and my clutch is still alright. And what clutch are you running now?

My clutch went in the first month. Release bearing. Clutch is 100% fine...but I upgraded it anyway. Exedy stage 1.

Running the same as you. 7psi on one map, 10psi on another

clutch question

what's the exedy stage 1 good for in terms of hp and torque?

i noticed that an upgrade to the SBD kit from stage 1 to stage 2 was to go to with a stage 2 exedy clutch.

what hp and torque numbers are you getting through virtual dyno calcs from your 3rd WOT log with your AVO turbo at 10psi?

i'm supposed to be looking at 290 maybe even 300 between the sbd turbo at 10psi, shiv's tune for husky 94 and my invidia op/fp/n1 catback.

We have the same sized turbo, people are hitting 280-300whp on real dynos with my set up with similar or smaller exhausts so I would assume the same there.

The Stage one is highly under rated. It is more than good enough for my application. People are using Exedy stage 1 clutches in cars with up to 300tq. which is silly, but the clutch holds out.

Clutches do not care about hp, they care about tq I believe the stq 1 clutch is officially rated to about 230
