FS: MCS double adjustable shocks

FS: Full set of MCS 2WNR (double adjustable) shocks for the Twins. This is the
best picture I have of these at the moment since they are on the car.

I am moving from SCCA DS to SSC for next year and no longer can use these shocks (SSC has a spec Koni Shock).

These have been great shocks for me and have given me a great opportunity to tune a wide range of compression and rebound damping and learn what each do to the car.

They have a billet machined spring seat that is adjustable and accepts stock type springs. The spring seats can be changed to accept race springs and be used in STX.

These shocks are in great condition with no leaks or damage. They are fully rebuildable by MCS in the Atlanta area if the need arises.

These will be available November-ish as I will finish out this season on these shocks and make the switch over the winter.

The shocks are about 3 years old and have less than 10k street miles on them.

Asking $2000 for the set. Buyer pays actual shipping fees via UPS. I will pack carefully. They can be picked up in central Iowa.

Thanks!

I have stock springs on these for SCCA street class. Here are what the stock rates are:

Front: 23 N/mm (131 lbs/in)

Rear: 37 N/mm (211 lbs/in)

I think they are pretty reasonable to rebuild, but don't have a price. I'll check with MCS...

Just talked to MCS and they said a full rebuild would be $225 per shock. They also stated that this valving would be applicable to race springs in addition to the lower rate stock springs. The shocks have a lot of adjustment range.
